Terms and Conditions 

1. Travel Insurance & Medical Expenses

All travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and unforeseen circumstances. Without insurance, you may be personally responsible for out-of-pocket costs, including but not limited to medical treatment, evacuation, or trip disruptions.

 

2. Payment Terms & Deposits

A non-refundable security deposit is required to reserve your accommodation and activities. All payments made for the trip are non-refundable. While you are welcome to reach out to Nicole Spring at nspring14@me.com regarding any special circumstances, please note that refunds are not guaranteed under any conditions.

3. Respectful Behavior & Conduct

Trip attendees are expected to respect the local culture, land, fellow travelers, and tour guides. Any inappropriate behavior — including but not limited to violence, harassment, illegal activities, or failure to follow trip guidelines — may result in immediate removal from the trip at your own expense, with no refund. Nicole Spring will not be held responsible for any costs associated with your removal from the trip.

 

4. Accommodation Responsibility

Attendees will have private tents during camping portions of the trip and shared hotel occupancy elsewhere. You are personally responsible for any damages you cause to accommodations or property during the trip.

 

5. Liability Waiver

By joining this trip, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. Nicole Spring and her affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, or death that may occur during or as a result of your participation in the trip.

 

6. Itinerary Flexibility

The provided itinerary is a general guide and may change without notice due to weather, local conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Flexibility is essential, and no guarantees are made regarding specific activities or destinations.

 

7. Passport & Visa Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid for at least six (6) months after the trip concludes. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary visas or travel documents for entry into Abu Dhabi and any transit points.

 

8. Use of Photographs & Media

By joining this trip, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the trip by Nicole Spring and fellow trip attendees for promotional use, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.
